SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at PawVeil. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
International: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at rodrigo@romerotcapital.com and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
